I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with customer service. It is impossible to get someone to respond to your issues. What I do get is automated emails that ask you to select from a list of generated concerns/ issues. Well this list is inconclusive and my issue isn’t on there. It has been 2 weeks and no resolution AND you can’t find a telephone number anywhere to call Lyst. I will purchase from this site again. My order # 65433. I’m trying to return this item. But, the company is telling me the return labels have been sent to the email in the order which is showing Lyst email and not my email. I need the email corrected or the return labels sent to you guys sent to me. Also I’m wondering why this has happened? Below you will see the email sent to me today by luisaviaroma. I called them and they told me my email address is showing your address. Therefore I can’t access the return labels that were emailed.
