Had I bought from Forzieri directly I would have qualified for free returns. But when you purchase through Lyst, you have to pay for the return! Never ever shop with or through Lyst. Total waste of time, and stress. They need to learn from Far Fetch and Zalando. Uncomplicated free returns and a pleasant shopping experience. If I see anything through Lyst and Klara I will run a mile!
