Lyst shows products on sale which are actually out of stock. It allows to place an order and even get a full confirmation that the order is successfully received and is being processed. After that nothing happens and the client does not even receive any notification that the product is out of stock and will never be dispatched. No Lyst nor its retailer advises that the product is out of stock. My experience with Lyst is extremely poor. However, thank you for your customer service whom I had to contact separately to get any explanations on the status of my order. The advice of Lyst customer service is very useless as to make an alert for the item once it becomes available. This is a season sale and the item will never be available after the sale. I am very disappointed with this experience.
