Ari and Deve were very helpful with my situation with OnTrac. This evade jersey came but another order was simultaneously placed by wife and that order never came. Yet, OnTrac confirmed both deliveries were made. Took a picture of the item on both different order numbers. Posts it on OnTrac site. They never got back to me when I ask for an answer for the issue as of date. It’s been 2 weeks or more now I think. This has not happened once but a couple of times with OnTrac and Ari was always there to help and solve the issues this courier has caused me and your company. You may want ask Ari of the recent issue…such a hassle and embarrassment to my wife, who got an item for me this past Christmas. With co workers like Ari and Deve to assist to the their fullest efforts your company is in good hands.
