Hi, I had a few issues using the site to make a purchase which I logged via the chat function - mainly that once I logged into my account and then went to check out, it kept asking me to login again. I also think it'd be great to be able to use gift vouchers instore and the LaB's as sometimes you want something ASAP and only being able to use a gift voucher online is a bit frustrating, especially when you want to purchase Melbourne LaB specific gear that's not avaiable online. But as always, there was someone to help with my questions and guide me through the process, so I really appreciate that. Thank you
