Sent an email to customer support regarding the quality on a pair of bib I purchased, With photos of sub standard stitcing on leg gripper finishes (birdnest of cotton) and unfinished (cut off) cotton. The garment also had threads exposed in the top of the shoulder strap.
Here is the response from Martina; Thank you for reaching out.I have just shown the attached pictures to our production team, who have advised that the fraying is coming from some "finish" stitches, that are easily subject to fraying due to use and wash. Those stitches have no structural impact on the overall bib, which means that it should be durable and have no future issues. Please get in touch in case the bib deteriorates and we will promptly offer a replacement.
1. In relation to my contacting support services, it wasn't to get carification that the garment wouldn't fall apart after use or washing, it was that it was not to a standard which I expected for paying $355.
2. I advised in my contact email that I requested to return and item be replaced which was ignored.
