Recently I put on a warranty claim due to the stitching around the neck of a thermal jersey coming undone. I bought it couple months ago and only used/washed it 3/4 times, so it shouldn't be damaging that soon. Anyway, the reponse from MAAP, moreover Martina Tosin from their support team was outstanding, she replied promptly and arranged a discount code for the full price paid for me to select a suitable replacement and even suggested repairing, reusing the item or disposing considering the environmental impact.
Tell me if this isn't the level of support we all expect from a supplier. I'll stick to MAAP and highly recommed their great apparel and if for any reason there is a quality issue, they respond quickly and taking accountability of course if you can show it is within the warranty times and provide proof of purchase.
