The experience overall was great — smooth and well-executed. One piece of feedback I'd offer is around the buying process. It can be quite hard to figure out sizing and fit across different jerseys and bibs, especially since the cuts vary so much between collections. I often find myself guessing and hoping it works out, which sometimes means going through returns and exchanges — not only a hassle, but it also feels at odds with MAAP’s strong sustainability message. For a brand positioned at the intersection of performance and conscious design, I think there’s room to improve the try-and-buy experience so it feels more aligned with that vision
