Support, real talk, and knowledge. That is what I get from my coach at a minimum. She cares about my progress and journey, and checks in on me when I don't necessarily reach out outside of my check-ins. I've learned so much from her on how to handle tough food situations and even more importantly how having an off day isn't going to impact the long haul. Also on the other hand, when I need tough love, she very much gives it. I wouldn't have been to be so successful on this journey (down over 80 inches!) without her support and guidance. If you're on the fence, macros inc. is definitely worth it but ONLY if you're willing to put in the work. :)
