I resigned up for just nutritional coaching in addition to an outside lifting coach I’ve used for nine months. My coach is AWESOME. Knowledgeable about both quantitative and qualitative and talks me off the ledge of scale not moving consistently. The mind shift in learning to not just embrace the process but learn to love the process has been invaluable. When my other coaching ends in three months i will be layering on training coaching as well. Carly Turow is the bomb/ a saint/ so patient!
