Where do I even begin! I read all the time in the group “my coach is the best” and I’m sure their coach is great BUT mine is THE BEST! I said what I said 😂😂 all jokes aside, I truly have an amazing coach. The amount of knowledge she has and teaches me is unbelievable. Sometimes I think back on “healthy habits” I was taught before becoming a macros inc client and think how did I even believe that at the time. She’s full of knowledge, she’s caring, she gives tough love and she’s taught me to trust the process and have patience. I can’t say enough good about her. I can’t say enough good about the entire macros team and what all of you bring to the table. I wish everyone could afford a coach. I wish macros inc could shout all their knowledge from the rooftop and stop all these diet fads. So to sum it up, I’m very thankful I searched for a “macros group” on Facebook 4 years ago and stumbled upon you! It’s been the best thing ever for my health and fitness and overall well being!
