After filling out my application to get my coach I was disappointed when I read her bio before our first meeting. I thought - I'm screwed. Signed up for a full year of coaching and they matched me with the total opposite of my requests. Met my coach and actually cried at our first meeting - because she spoke to my soul. Not only did she give me hope - she gave me tools to succeed. Her words of wisdom are directed at me individually and with precision. She doesn't lose sight of the goal. She is in this with me. We have a great level of respect for each other. She is reliable and holds me accountable without making me feel bad if I don't get my goals met. She never stops nudging me in the right direction. I can't imagine this journey with anyone else this year. I am losing weight - more importantly, I am gaining insight and skills to help me live my best life every day.
