Macros, Inc. and my coach Britt have truly changed my life. I have gained so much more than just pounds lost...I have learned about nutrition, how to fuel my body and how to have a good relationship with food. I have discovered a sustainable way of eating that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Britt has been a coach, mentor, sounding board and friend. She has guided me along on my journey and has been there every step of the way. She has helped me to gain confidence in myself, encouraged me to make good choices and allowed me to make bad choices which I then reflected on and learned from. I have gotten back my health, my life and I am able to do all the things that I love doing! I chose the after picture because I was holding a Thank You sign that pretty much sums up how I feel about this company and Britt. When I compare the pictures, I am in awe and so very proud of myself!
