To my coaches: Macros Inc. coaching truly changed my life. I've had 2 different coaches, first Dylan and then Braden. Both of these coaches taught me so much about health and nutrition and became friends along the journey. They provided daily support, advice, education, and compassion every step of the way. My mindset, behaviors, and health have drastically improved from working with MI. Braden taught me how to train, how to lift heavy things, and to view myself as a weight lifter. I can never thank him enough for that alone! Ad a small love letter to Macros Inc in general: Thank you to Macros Inc for being a source of real information for the health and wellness industry. The entire MI team is out there spreading the truth about how to safely and effectively lose weight and live a healthy life. No quick fixes, no magic shake/tea/pill. Just consistency, smart choices, and hard work. Simple but not always easy. Change the habits first, then see results. Because of MI I stopped following the fad diet, the newest/hottest exercise trend. I eliminated the noise in my life that would have me moving from one fad to the next.
