Where to start?! I was reluctant, to say the least-- I've paid for a "coach" before from other companies and got absolutely nothing but frustration out of it. Then in Feb 2022, I started with Keshia for nutrition coaching only. She was a breath of fresh air! She got me, like really got me. She worked with me, she understood my struggles, she gets "mom" life, and overall she is by far one of the most compassionate, non-judgemental people I had met, in or out of the fitness industry. And about 6 months and a little encouragement from one of the MI sales, I started complete coaching and it has made such a difference. To be perfectly honest, I have only lost about 8 pounds or so, give or take the 4 I lose and gain over and over lately, but my ENTIRE body composition has changed drastically, I've lost 17.5 inches across my whole body and damn am I strong! I would never have been able to do it without Keshia's support!
