My coaching experience was positive from start to finish. I really needed someone to help me realize that this is a permanent lifestyle and not something you do for a while only to then return to your previous habits. I have learned to navigate weekends, vacations, restaurant outings and my everyday eating routines. I love that I feel confident in managing my own meals each day. I don't think I will ever be able to "unknow" what I know now!
