This is my second time around but my first time with Coach Sarah. I was overweight, starting to not fit back into my clothes and miserable! I was working out but steadily gaining weight and I knew my workouts were suffering because of my poor choices in nutrition. It was time to reach out for coaching again but this time, I committed to 6 months instead of 3 months and knew I had to change my mindset. I could not be passive but I needed to be an active client and opened to committing to the process fully. This time was different because I had a true desire to learn about food and what works for my body and what doesn't. I also had the breakthrough that I wanted to be 100% vulnerable with my coach this time and honest not only to her but to myself. She delivered! Even when I would fall down, she would pick me up, help me dust myself off and move forward. She helped me to learn to give myself GRACE which was different that just making excuses for myself but actually allowing myself to admit to falling but to be ok with it and willing to learn how not to do it the next time. I have learned so much about food but more about myself in this process and I have not only become better physically but also mentally and emotionally. Unlike other programs that tell you what to eat and when to eat, it teaches you how to eat for your body type and according to your goals! If I can do this anyone can! I am a busy mom of two, I am married and I have one full-time job and three part-time jobs and still was able to incorporate this into my lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed or stressed in the process. It has become second nature and I love that. Life is busy but it will always be busy and it will never be the perfect time to start this process but I promise you, it is worth it. I am bigger than my excuses.
