I absolutely love my coach. I tell her often that we are the same person. She just completely gets me and the struggles and challenges I face as a mom of two young kids with a husband that has a crazy schedule. Sometimes she even has to extend my check-ins because I don't have enough time. She sends me motivation when I need it and videos to keep me on track. I have been working out for 15 years and always thought I was in good shape then I signed up for macros and it just completely changed my life! Thanks to my coaches' constant support I now don't have to deprive myself and I can make healthy choices when out at a restaurant or a party and still achieve my goals! She helps me to keep my workouts short enough so that I can fit them into my busy schedule all while kicking my butt literally. We have already come so far together and I can't wait to see what the future holds. I honestly don't know where I would be without her. If you were on the fence about coaching just do it you won't regret it!
