My experience has been tremendous. I feel like there hasn't been one week that my coach wasn't really engaging or helping me in some way. He has changed up exercises and routines based on feedback, and honestly been so patient with me and really seeing whether or not we have the right mix of numbers to match my goals and activity levels. I've learned a ton, and have loved the accountability and perspective!
