Coach Lara is just what I needed!! She is not pushy, judgmental, guilt inflicting, or intimidating. She is caring, knowledge filled, informative, full of resources, expert in fitness(my custom made workouts were exactly what I wanted and asked for), great listener, and a real problem solver!!! When I screw up, which is daily, I don’t hear it it from her, I actually willingly tell her so that she can help me rebuild. She lets me be in control and do my own adulting while steering me in the right direction to help me achieve my goals. I don’t respond well to people barking at me, pestering me, competing against others, or over the top coaches. She gives me exactly what I need!! I just wish I new the formula they used when pairing me with this coach, because it was spot on!! Thank you Lara, and our work is not done yet as I have so much more to learn from you!!
