Lara helped me tremendously. I am a women in my early 40's who has worked out and was always able to manage my weight. All of a sudden my body changed and I was gaining weight and everything I did previously was not working. Lara taught me and encouraged me to listen to my body and what it needs. She was very understanding but encouraging when I had hard days and my hormones were going crazy. She has taught me that there isn't just one way to eat or workout. There are also different times in our lives we need to make some changes and that's ok.
