First of all, I want to say that I have loved working with Lisa and love the Macros Inc family!!! I think it's so amazing that you provide so many helpful options (the Macro check, the facebook page) at no cost, but offer coaching for the extra support that so many of us need. No one else does that!! I have told many friends "you don't have to sign up for a coach (or pay anything) unless you decide you want to, you can get started for free!!" Lisa has been so helpful and motivational for me - I think she is the perfect person that could have been paired with me. One of the many things that have been so helpful is that when I get discouraged or need a little break, I can check in with her and she will offer other options and suggestions. This really helps to take that little break you need and not completely give up or derail! I've given up so many times in the past and I think if I would have taken that approach instead, I would have been able to jump back in a short time later. I feel like I could take any tracking/exercise problem or discouragement to her and she would help me figure out a different approach to help me maintain/reach my goals until I can get 100% back on track. Lisa is kind and friendly and so great at responding, she is so on top of it! She is awesome at pointing out the positive changes I have been making, especially when I can't see them myself. I'm so glad that I got the coach and I'm so glad it's Lisa. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time that I can turn this into a lifelong healthy lifestyle. I have more weight to lose and more muscles to build and I am glad that I have Lisa to help me through the journey!!!
