I was very hesitant going into my coaching, thinking long-term weight loss was never going to be something I was going to be able to accomplish. But, I am getting married in October and saw the Black Friday deal last November and thought I would give it a try since I had a good amount of time to try to feel better about myself for the wedding. I was completely blown away by my coaching experience and truly appreciate the support of my coach, Krista. I am ready to continue tracking and losing on my own so I can look and feel my best on my bid day, and Krista has helped me to get there!
