I joined macros Inc a year ago in August and it has changed my life. I had a goal of losing weight and becoming an endurance runner. My coaches Ramona Moore and Curb Ivanic have both help me achieve a lot of my goals. I lost 60 pounds, initial goal was 50 but the weight just kept coming off. I also had a goal of completing a marathon and with coaching I learned to properly train and fuel my first one. I wish I started macros years ago!
