I was on the fence but decided to try coaching. I had tried a lot over the years and well kept gaining it back or was doing what I thought I needed to ( elimination type plans) but not getting anywhere. They say try try again, but sometimes you just have to go about it a different way. Coach Carly has been amazing. She has helped me to come about it in a different way. She has been there to troubleshoot meals, to push me when I needed it, to listen to my whining on the hard days, and to give me the knowledge to do all the things despite what life throws at us. She nor any of the other coaches do it for you, I still had to put in the work but to have someone with knowledge and to help keep you accountable has been priceless. In 3 months I'm down 15 lbs! Can't wait to see what the next 3 bring!
