My coaching experience was top notch. More than I ever expected to get from coaching. I did well with nutrition from the beginning but training was a little more rough. My coach Lars was great and helped cater to my needs and my busy lifestyle with 3 kids and a million jobs. When one training plan became too much she knew exactly how to tweak it to help me meet goals. We talked almost daily and that was just because I wanted to check in. But when I went MIA for a bit she was amazing and checked in on me. It was exactly what I needed. Besides nutrition and training Lara taught me to give myself grace and learn to recognize when my life seems to wild and crazy so that I could identify and change things. I’ve learned to improve my own behaviors and routines to benefit me just to get sleep and say NO to another task or job in my life. I love to stay busy but it wasn’t giving me time to care for myself to be a better mother and wife. Honestly, I could go on and on all day about how amazing my coach Lara has been. I’m sad to fly off on my own but she’s given me the keys to success and the knowledge to trust myself which is huge. Lara THANK YOU! Keep being the amazing coach that you are. You’ve changed me. 🫶🏻
