My coach Melody Schoenfeld is the best. She is so supportive and guides me with my nutrition and workouts. I had no idea what I was doing before her guidance. She has gotten my form so good and has made my so much stronger. I highly recommend the coaching. I am wfpb vegan and she is great in suggesting great protein sources.
