My experience has been life changing. I have been working through different programs and eating lifestyles over the last 10 years. I haven’t been able to find something tailored to my needs, provide the desired results and enjoyable. My coaching experience has done all the above. For results, I have seen more body recomp in the last 6 months than I ever have. I’m stronger and have more energy overall at 42. This was a combination of macros than are tailored to my restrictions and needs, as well as a workout plan based on my goals and limitations. Pairing food with workouts has also really helped me reach and maintain my goals. The accountability and support of a coach is also invaluable. They are engaged and work with you weekly to shift things as needed. I highly recommend!!
