They say third times a charm. Yes this is my third time hiring a coach. Let me just say all my coaches have been amazing but you have to put in the work and be committed to the changes you want. Consistency is key to this entire process. Brooke is my current coach and she is my biggest cheerleader. Every week we discuss what has worked and what tweaks we want to make that will continue to move me toward my goals and every week I make those adjustments and continue to see progress. I started my coaching with Brooke in July 2023 and in two months I have lost 17.4 lbs and 22.2 inches overall and we aren’t done yet. Having someone for that accountability and expertise to help identify those tweaks in your journey is priceless.
