I sat for far too long on the fence of whether or not a coach could do anything for me that I couldn’t do myself. Well I guess I made the right decision. The very first meeting I had with Coach TJ, he told me “I am going to steer you, but you have to power the ship.” — and that is exactly what happened. I was already familiar with macros. I was already familiar with fitness. What I was not good at was putting it all together in a way that actually got me anywhere. I put in the work, and Coach TJ kept me on course.
