Lara, did it hurt when you fell from heaven? Haha. Lara is heaven sent. She has been so hands on with me and so patient through all my ups and downs. Even when I wasn’t losing (all my fault) she still showed up and was my biggest cheerleader. I knew I can always count on her for words of wisdom, knowledge, a good podcast, anything that will help me push through any day. Anytime I needed a pick me up she was there, she was always honest, so helpful with everyday dilemmas and activities-drink a shake, eat an apple before dinner, EYFV, all of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach, one who I consider family now. I should have paid her more because she was a therapist as well haha. I will forever be thankful for the knowledge acquired to be successful for the rest of my life. Thanks for setting me up for success Coach Lara
