Rachel has hands down been the coach I've needed. I was stuck in a rut after counting Macros independently for about 9 months; my husband signed me up for a coach in January. At first, I was so nervous to share my journey, and well personal issues with a stranger, but Rachel went out of her way to share that we, including herself, are all human. Throughout my journey, I have hit many roadblocks, some that were, well embarrassing to share. But Rachel made it easy to keep pushing through even if it was maintaining my loss, and well, keeping myself healthy. Rachel has given me so much support, even sending comparison photos of my journey to remind me of where I started. The last few months have been a challenge with a new job and well, LIFE, but Rachel keeps showing up and helping me get back on track without making me feel like I have given up. Rachel has stuck with me through so many challenges and she is what keeps me going. I am looking forward to pushing through the challenges with Rachel and to reach all of goals.
