As I sit here reflecting on the last two years of my experience with Macros Inc. coaching, having been coached by two amazing coaches (Tahz and Jen) and several others during holidays, I have not enough words to explain how this has changed my life. I cannot say that it gave me my life back because that would be so inaccurate! It didn't give me my ''old'' self back, no! It gave me a whole new self with a much better life that has a sense of purpose, is healthy, and includes self-respect and self-love. The coaching experience expands beyond better nutrition and training, because you must learn a lot about yourself and how you interact with your environment to make it work, it takes courage and time. And I was never alone, my coach was there with me all the way, with empathy, well-balanced advice, patient ears and on target calling me out when needed. So yes, I'm 53 years old and I run marathons now, I'm learning to ski, and I'm doing so much better at work because I radiate that I'm enjoying my life. I also share lots of activities with my family and some of these include eating fabulous foods (although I've learnt that is not the most important 😁).
