I don’t even know where to begin. Coaching was hands down the best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time. I struggled for sooo long with yo yo weight loss. I’d get on a good track only to get detailed and have fo start over again and again. When I knew the basics coming in but man I had no idea how much I didn’t know. Dani has taught me so much about weight loss and gain. It’s like a light gig turned on. She walked me through freak out over freak out and I came out the other end knowing more about the process and what caused the scale to move each time. She taught me how to trust myself and stop making excuses. She also has taught me how to give myself grace when things get hard in life and maybe the hard workouts aren’t as important as taking it a little slower or even resting. This time around I’ve lost 25lbs so far but gained so much knowledge it’s immeasurable. I’m so thankful I made the decision to get a coach. She really is the best.
