Excellent experience all the way around. I started with just MI in December to get my initial macros and then joined Nutritional Coaching on Feb 1st. I had a very good understanding of what I needed to do but just needed the fine tuning and support to get there. Being post menopausal really changes the dynamic and Catharine was able to effectively lead me through all of that. It takes a L O N G time to start seeing changes and I would have thrown in the towel if not for her. Highly recommend and I am taking all my learned lessons with me.
