I was following my own macros & working out for quite a while. I had a little success but finally decided to take the plunge and get the coaching. I opted for full coaching and was matched with Dani Smith, we had our initial call and from the word go i really liked her, her knowledge and persona was very positive so i was glad i made the choice. Over the next few months Dani guided me and helped me in many ways, helping me understand that consistency is the key and keeping me accountable. She tailored my workouts to suit my equipment even when i travelled throughout the summer. I have lost weight and gained muscle, but more than that, Dani has taught me that i CAN go out to eat, i CAN go to dinner at a friends house, i CAN have a cocktail....its all possible and it doesnt mean im sabotaging myself! I know i wouldnt be where i am at today if i didnt have her help.
