This experience has been so different from any kinds of diet I’ve been on in the past. It is not limiting, I don’t feel starved or restricted. It’s so much more about unlearning habits and thought processes with the assistance of a coach who isn’t just someone there to help you be accountable, but someone to help you see the patterns you’ve been so used to and how to change.
Really has been a great experience and I would recommend to anyone trying to lose weight.
