I am so grateful for this page and community! You all have given me the tools to change myself inside and out without some "miracle pill or plan" and you are willing to do it for FREE!! I joined this page and knew NOTHING about macros and thought it was too time-consuming and intimidating for me. I played with it and worked at it at my own pace for a year and lost some weight and decided to try coaching to see if I could get myself to the finish line for once in my life! Thanks to Ashley, my coach, and my hard work I did it!! I not only reached my goal of being under 110, I surpassed it and got to my ultimate goal of 105!! I have maintained it and now I need to get my training on track and get through the holidays without gaining weight (this is the time of year I struggle with the most). Ashley has gotten me through some really hard things in my life by just being there and listening to my woes and obstacles and I have come through them without self sabotaging like I have in the past. Thank you for all that you guys do and being amazing at it!
