My experience was very good. My coach was very kind and supportive. I cancelled after 7 months because I was not making any progress with my weight loss even though I was following my macros and actually eating very healthy because of some health issues ( gluten free and no sugar). Despite everything I never lost more than 10 pounds and remained in a pretty strict calorie deficit all these months. I think for the right person this is a great program if you don’t know how to count macros and know nothing about healthy eating and weight loss.
