I seriously don’t know how I lived without Sara before May of this year! She is so supportive, encouraging, responds to my messages almost immediately, and has taught me so much while still letting me be me!! Sara has walked me through so many positive changes in the activities that I often engage in (like camping, hiking, weekends away and socializing with friends). She’s taught me that I can still thoroughly enjoy all of these activities without all the non-friendly macros food, by making small changes and adding some activity. I’ve lost weight and inches but have gained confidence in all my new knowledge (and new jean size!). My weight hasn’t been this low for this long for 20 years. I have to keep pinching myself that it’s real!! And I couldn’t have done it at all without Sara’s support!!
