Love my coach and the entire approach to Macros Inc. Coaching. I currently have nutrition only - which is way more than that. My coach offers accountability, support in tough times, guidance, cheering up when needed, great advice, etc. He can help me see patterns where I don’t see it myself, or he can help me tweak what I’m already doing for even better results. In only 6 months, I was so close to reaching my -10kg goal (reached it about 1-2 months later), but slow and steady weightloss is also way more effective than crash dieting anyway. I just signed up for another 12 months and right now we are just in maintenance while I recover from surgery. Then when ready, I plan to add training to the coaching on top of the nutrition! Go for it!
