I have been with my coach, Viktorija, for over 2 years. It started with a goal to drop a little weight for one son's wedding, which I did successfully and felt wonderful in my dress. Then it turned into correcting some summer indulgence weight and getting ready for the 2nd son's wedding which I did again with the wonderful help of Viktorija. That 2nd wedding was in April of 2023 and I had thought I would end coaching after that. However, I kept up with check-ins through the summer and things evolved into me experiencing menopause symptoms and now in full-blown menopause. Coaching has shifted to a whole different headspace of not just trying to lose weight for a special event, but more on how to manage the changes that go with menopause and everything else related to aging. So far coaching remains to be the support needed to continue to be successful and fell good! Viktorija has been so supportive through every stage and I have found success with her help in every stage!
