I cannot recommend Macros Inc highly enough for fitness and nutrition coaching. It was recommended by a friend and because I am Australian and the company is American I was naturally dubious (we always are). But I soon learned a lot of effort has gone into providing a brilliant coaching experience that accommodates the needs of individual customers. I signed up thinking I could just do what I always do which is sign up but not stick with it because I'm only dealing with a robot anyway and who cares. But I was quickly engaged (during a two-week free trial) by my beautiful and supportive and incredibly knowledgeable (and definitely real - we started with a video chat) coach Regina, who spent 10 years living in New Zealand and is very familiar with metric and the foods available in our supermarkets, and after a brief moment of panic when I realised there was no getting out of it without disappointing her, I settled into a new way of life that saw me lose 4kg of fat in 53 days without ever once feeling hungry or stressed. Macros Inc respects my boundaries with no junk emails (only communication specifically relevant to me), and will pair you with a coach that suits your personal style. If you could dream up a perfect coaching experience this is it. The cost is reasonable for the level of assistance you receive and feels totally worth it to me because it has provided results for the most important thing in my life - my health. It felt so easy that I feel I should have been able to do it on my own. But I just couldn't. Now I'm really looking forward to toning my body with Regina's help over the coming year.
