I had the extreme good fortune to be paired with Lara as my coach. Never have I met such a positive, tenacious individual. So many days I had given up on myself, but she was always there to pick me up, dust me off, and set me back on my path. She never expressed annoyance with me, even though I gave her plenty of days to be annoyed, and she always finds the bright side to my stumbles. This isn’t to say that she sugarcoats things, because she tells the truth, but she makes her clients feel like they can achieve their goals if they will put forth the effort. She is more than happy to answer questions and offer suggestions, she is flexible in her approach, and ridiculously patient! She never pretends that the journey is easy, but she makes it manageable. She is funny and fun and REAL. Anyone who is fortunate enough to get to work with her will understand just how incredible a coach Lara is!
