My coach was a very nice person and I liked her. As far as results, mine were minimal and I think that’s because a one size approach doesn’t work for everyone. I am in my mid 40s, had a high amount of ongoing stress due to divorce and measuring macros was not going to work for me. I have since moved on, am working closely with someone who has had a holistic approach to overall health and have lost 15 lbs and counting. Macros can work for some but given the environmental things going on in my life I needed a different approach.
