After thinking about it for about a year finally signing up with Macros Inc was the best decision! I already had knowledge of macros but having a dedicated coach to work with and hold me accountable was a game changer! With Coach Garrett’s help I was able to make adjustments and mindset shifts to feel confident that I can continue to lose weight until I reach my goal and maintain it while still eating foods I enjoy. This helped me to see that with very small changes I can still deal with life as it happens and stay on track. During coaching I had sickness, travel, holidays, kid stuff and plenty of other life stuff and through it all I continued to lose weight! It’s also wonderful to have someone in your life you can talk to about food and weight openly and without judgement to really help get you in the right state of mind.
