I knew how to count macros but I knew me head space was off getting back to it and becoming the best version of myself. I chose colt as I had seen so many testimonials about the work he had done. Oh my gosh he was amazing! Answered all my questions, talked me through some rough times and helped me cultivate a mindset that I was beginning to develop for success.
