My coach, Andrew, has been great! I appreciate his encouragement and advice. I have lost almost 30 pounds since I joined due to tracking my food intake and walking (with some workouts as well). It really is all about the math (staying within my macros), staying committed, and the support of my coach. I highly recommend Macros Inc.!
