From our first intro meeting to now, 6 months later, my coach, Viktorija, has been amazing and has been a critical part of me achieving my goals. After our first intro call, I could tell that she understood me and what I wanted to get out of this program, and she structured a nutrition and training plan that has helped me achieve the first goals of my journey which were to lose those last 12lbs, that are sometimes the hardest to lose, while maintaining the muscle mass I already had. She was patient with me and adjusted my plan according to what was going on in my life - whether it was a busy work week, work travel, kids activities or being sick, she never made me feel like I wasn't still moving forward and making progress. Her mid-week notes just checking in to see how I'm doing always seem to come at the right time and help me finish my week strong! For the first time, I am excited to go into the next phase of my journey - and build a little muscle. something I was always afraid to do in the past. But I know Viktorija understands my goals and I trust her to help get me there. while I look back and am proud of what I've done in 6 months, I am even more excited about the next 6!
