The 5 is specifically for macros Inc. My coach would probably get a 3 or 4. She seemed like she would be great when we had our phone call but honestly at times i wish I hadn't signed back up. Corey was my previous coach and I really jelled with her. She really seemed to get me. Then when she left I did not jell with my new coach so I am now on my third coach. I am just not really feeling coached. I am awaiting a knee replacement so that has changed the way I work my lower body. I am on basically maintenance calories and only tracking off and on but getting little feedback except for checkin. I have sent chats but they are not always answered in a timely fashion. As it turns out my coach has turned off her notifications "so my clients feel comfortable reaching out any time." At one point this week we were "chatting" and then all of a sudden no more communication. My last chat message got answered the following day. I did inquire about her hours so I could be clear on when I could expect to hear from her. I am in a holding pattern for workouts so no changes being made to my program for the most part. Sometimes I wonder what I am paying for. So it probably would have been better to wait until I had healed from my knee replacement before signing back up. I admit I am having a hard time being in limbo. Surgery will be on June 6. A part of me wants to send her thiss communication but I tell myself I just need to wait this out and we will be more compatable when we can actually get some work done. I am not a complainer and am pushed to even be writing this. However I do tell myself I am paying for a service and I want to feel like I am getting my monies worth. I have gained back about 8-9 pounds of the initial weight I lost. Part of this I attribute to being unable to walk any great distqance and part due to back to back vacations. MY goal is to get that weight off and then lose a few more pounds. Then I want to work on getting stronger and maybe even try and gain some muscle. Thanks for letting me get all this out!
